Velvet - also called soft-touch - is a matte film with a microscopic texture that feels closer to suede than paper. It is the finish customers comment on without knowing why, because the difference registers through the hands rather than the eyes. It is the most expensive lamination we offer and, like matte, it marks more easily on large dark panels.
