Quotes are based on the specifications you provide and are valid for the period stated. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and any artwork proof, and payment terms have been agreed. Because our products are custom-made to your specification, please review all details carefully before approving.

Prices are quoted in the currency stated and may change if your specifications, quantities or materials change. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are payable in full before production begins. Applicable taxes and duties are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that artwork you supply is accurate and that you hold the rights to use it. We provide a digital proof for approval before production; once approved, we are not liable for errors contained in the approved artwork.

We work to the lead times quoted, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs or supply shortages.

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos and images - is owned by Boxera Packaging or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain ownership of the artwork and brand assets you supply to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
