At 3.2 mm B-flute is twice the wall of E-flute, and that extra air does the work: better stacking strength, far better puncture and impact resistance, and enough rigidity for partitions that hold glass or bottles apart. The trade-off is a slightly more textured print surface, so it suits bold graphics better than fine halftones.
